Mark Davidson has been in practice as a Solicitor since 1984. He has been accredited as a Specialist in Advocacy by the Law Society of NSW since 1996.

Mark is a Specialist Advocate and Litigation lawyer, who also provides a broad range of quality legal services. He has appeared on numerous occasions as an Advocate in most Courts and Tribunals, both Commonwealth and State, and has substantial experience conducting Litigation matters as a Solicitor Advocate across a broad range of areas and Courts.

He is also skilled in all forms of alternate dispute resolution including mediation and Arbitration.
His primary areas of practice include Commercial and Civil Litigation and Family Law.

Mark understands the impact any dispute can have on our clients and the need for timely, accurate advice to identify our clients' realistic prospects of success. With his expertise we are able to quickly formulate a strategy for the successful resolution of any dispute.
